Shipping & Fulfillment

Effective from: 22 July 2026

1. Fulfilment queue

Confirmed orders enter the seed packing queue within one business day. Items are sealed in moisture-barrier pouches and outer cartons before courier collection.

2. Serviceable regions

We deliver to PIN codes supported by our logistics partners across India. Hill stations and remote districts may require an extra transit day.

3. Delivery fees

  • Prepaid seed orders ship free under standard delivery.
  • COD orders may include a flat handling fee shown at checkout.
  • Express or midnight slots are not offered at this time.

4. Tracking

Tracking identifiers appear on your order status page after the carrier scans the parcel. Email alerts follow major transit checkpoints.

5. Receiving your packets

Inspect the outer carton before signing. Report visible crushing or moisture leakage to the delivery agent and contact us immediately for documentation.
