1. Merchant identity

BAHAMUT COMMERCE is a proprietary trading enterprise operated by KHIMANIYA SAGAR GORDHANBHAI, registered at SHOP NO 207, 2ND FLOOR, CITY CENTER, S V ROAD, GOREGAON WEST, MUMBAI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, 400104. These terms govern every purchase of sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, fruit, herb, spice, forage and specialty sowing seeds placed through this storefront.

2. Product listings

  • Prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable duties and taxes are reflected at checkout when relevant.
  • Pack weights, bunch counts, and variety names on each product page describe the item supplied.
  • Seed lots may vary slightly in packet fill or coat colour. Substitutions occur only after you approve a comparable variety.

3. Checkout requirements

  • Email verification is mandatory before your first order is accepted.
  • Supported payment modes include UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) within serviceable PIN codes.
  • An order reference is generated once prepaid payment clears or COD is confirmed.
  • Any COD service fee is visible on the checkout summary prior to submission.

4. Buyer responsibilities

Provide an accurate delivery address and active mobile number. Re-dispatch fees may apply when couriers cannot reach you because of incorrect contact details.

5. Natural seed variation

Sowing seeds are agricultural goods. Minor differences in seed size or coat colour between lots are expected and are not treated as defects.

6. Dispute jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted under the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes connected with this website.
